Approved claims may be resolved with an eligible replacement or exchange for the covered product.

Approved claims may also be resolved with a full refund of the covered product price, including original shipping paid for that item.
Covered Issues
The 2-Year Protection Plan covers eligible product failures related to manufacturing defects, including:
- Defects in materials or workmanship
- Product failure during normal intended use
- Leaks, cracks, separation, or similar failures caused by a manufacturing defect
- Premature product failure not caused by misuse, improper installation, or external damage
What Is Not Covered?
The 2-Year Protection Plan does not cover every type of damage or issue. Exclusions include:
- Improper installation, incorrect fitment, or installation-related damage
- Misuse, abuse, neglect, racing damage, or off-road damage
- Modification, alteration, cutting, welding, or use outside the product's intended purpose
- Damage caused by accidents, impacts, road debris, fire, freezing, overheating, or contaminated fluids
- Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, discoloration, surface rust, or minor appearance changes
- Labor costs, diagnostic fees, towing, rental vehicles, downtime, lost revenue, or other incidental costs
- Products sold as clearance, used, discounted, open-box, final sale, or as-is unless protection coverage is specifically offered and purchased for that item
How Claims Work
- Contact us with your order information. Include your order number, product details, and a description of the issue.
- Send photos or other requested documentation. We may ask for photos, installation details, or other information to help verify the failure.
- Receive claim instructions. If the issue appears eligible, we will provide return, exchange, or refund instructions.
- Return the covered product if requested. Approved claims include free return shipping for the covered item.
- Receive your resolution. Once approved, we will provide an eligible replacement, exchange, or full refund including original shipping paid for the covered item.
Important Plan Details
The 2-Year Protection Plan applies only to the specific product for which the plan was purchased. Coverage is not transferable to another product. Coverage begins after the standard warranty period for the covered product ends and continues for two years. Claims are subject to review and approval. Resolution may be provided as the same item, a comparable item, store credit, or a full refund including original shipping paid for the covered item, at our discretion.
This protection plan covers eligible product failure or manufacturing defects only. It does not cover labor, installation, removal, diagnostic costs, consequential damages, or other expenses beyond the covered product itself and eligible shipping costs expressly included in an approved refund or return. Proof of purchase may be required.
